Filtering your inbox by tag no longer slows to a crawl when you add stores one at a time. Tag lists now load quickly, with the same tags in the same order as before. Pages that load your label and tag lists, like the inbox filters, blast audience steps and list imports, now open noticeably faster across the platform.

Texts from a first-time customer to a busy store line are no longer dropped. Incoming messages now create the lead and reach your team right away, and the backlog they caused could also delay inbound calls, which is resolved too. If your microphone audio is not reaching the phone line, your rep is warned within seconds instead of talking to a customer who hears only silence. Phone number, texting and emergency address messages now use plain language, so it is easier to tell what went wrong and what to do next.

The live chat box no longer keeps cycling through suggested prompts after a shopper has sent their first message, so the conversation stays focused and distraction free.

Odometer readings now come through on sell-your-car and trade-in leads that previously arrived with mileage missing, so your team sees what a customer's vehicle has on it right away. Mileage written in different formats, such as with commas or decimals, is now read correctly.

When a lead comes in while you are closed, the AI now says when you actually open again, such as later today at 9:00 AM or tomorrow morning, instead of vaguely promising a follow-up the next business day. If you open within the hour, it simply says the team will be in touch shortly.

Saving changes to a service voice agent no longer wipes out its name or the people notified when it takes a message, so callers keep hearing your agent introduce itself by name. The voice agent editor now lets you set a service agent's name and choose who gets notified when a message is taken.

Callers asking for a person at stores with a service advisor line are now routed straight to that line. Store names that already include the word service are spoken naturally instead of as awkward phrases like service center's service department.

The service agent no longer repeats the service and vehicle in every question, so booking a visit sounds like a real conversation. Callers are offered appointment times before being asked for their full name, which keeps more people in the booking flow. The VinSolutions response clock now stops on leads that originated in VinSolutions when the first automated text goes out, so your response times are credited correctly. Callers now hear a brief hold before being connected to a sales or service agent, and the greeting no longer includes confusing wording about not having to repeat themselves. Leads who just spoke with your store on a phone call are no longer called back moments later by the outbound agent.

Across the receptionist, Sales, Service and outbound calling, the AI now says a proper goodbye, lets the caller say goodbye back, and keeps the call going if they add one more thing like 'wait, make it Friday' instead of hanging up on them. A customer who texts a plain STOP, CANCEL or END is now opted out immediately every time, instead of occasionally staying opted in until a staff member caught it. Fixed an error that could occur when opting a customer out manually on stores connected to Promax.

Street traffic on your 3D lot now matches your store's clock and day of the week, with busy morning and evening rushes, a steady daytime, and a quiet overnight. Parked cars keep their lights off, the turntable stops spinning and dims once you're closed, and the weekend tube man deflates after hours until you give him a click.

The Activity card and the today numbers on your dashboard now use the exact same definitions as the Activity report, so the two always agree. Date ranges count back from your store's own today, and Last 7 Days now really means 7 days.

Staff who are subscribed to Leads SMS notifications are once again getting the You have a new lead text for leads that come in from your lead sources.

Facebook Messenger leads now show a Facebook tab in the extension side panel instead of a duplicate Note tab, so your team can reply to Messenger from the extension again. Live chat leads no longer show a stray Facebook tab in the extension.

Leads Touched, SMS Messages Sent, Facebook Messages Sent, Emails Sent, AI Button and Outbound Calls now read live using the same rules as the Activity report, counted in your store's time zone. Leads are no longer counted again on every day they were worked, and sent message counts are no longer running a few percent low. Scheduled messages only count once they actually go out.

Text segment counts are now recorded the moment a first text goes out, so roughly 2 percent of outbound texting activity and cost that used to be missing now shows up in the Messages report. The Messages dataset in Report Builder now pulls live data instead of waiting on an overnight refresh.

The 3D lot is no longer a beta - it is now the standard dashboard view for anyone whose browser supports it, with the classic lot still available as an automatic fallback or a one-click switch. The inventory smart field now pulls the New Inventory link saved in your client settings, so customers no longer receive messages with a blank inventory link after you update it.

Last 7 Days on the Messages report covered 8 days and used the viewer's dates instead of each store's own day, which could wildly inflate text and lead counts. It now counts exactly the same way as the Activity report. The store pickers on the Activity and Messages reports now list only active clients.

Appointment reminders, follow-ups and the confirmation email with the calendar invite were quietly being skipped for many imported leads. They now send as expected. Adding a note to certain leads could fail - notes now save reliably. Imported leads now follow the Carly setting on their lead source, and new leads pick up the correct default settings instead of coming in blank.

Quick search now reflects a lead's current assignee and newest message within a minute, so results show the right owner and sort in the right order.

Duplicating or editing a blast always opens the up-to-date blast wizard, replacing the old copy page and reschedule pop-up.

You can now hide the lot animation with the eye button. The header shrinks to a slim strip with your greeting, date, stores and today's leads, calls and messages, and it remembers your choice next time you visit. Merging leads is now limited to Agency Admins and DF Managers, with a new per-user 'Merge Leads' setting you can turn on for individual agents. Closed a gap where some users could merge leads outside of their assigned stores.

When a customer asks about a specific model by name, Carly and the inventory search on the conversations page no longer filter out matching SUVs, trucks and vans by mistake, so shoppers get the vehicles you really have on the lot.

Audio messages customers text in can now be played right in the conversation, and PDFs can be opened instead of showing an unusable placeholder. Videos that can't be played and photos that have expired now show a clear 'attachment unavailable' note instead of a blank player or a broken image.

When you type what you want the message to be about, the drafts now cover that topic instead of simply replying to the customer's last text.

Assigning a funnel to a lead with an unusable phone number, like a typo or junk number from a lead form, used to silently leave that lead in a funnel that never sent anything. Now the rest of the follow-up still gets scheduled, so your texts, emails, labels and status changes happen as expected.

Callers are no longer left stuck on hold music when a rep declines, misses, or hangs up during an AI transfer announcement. The caller is now handed back and routed properly. The online status on the web phone now reflects reality. Reps who are logged in actually get rung, even with multiple tabs open or after a laptop sleeps or Wi-Fi drops, so the AI no longer says nobody is available when your t

Replies sent from email apps that only send formatted text, such as Apple Mail, now save and show up in the inbox instead of creating empty threads. The Escalate window no longer errors out for certain leads and now pre-fills the right email addresses, with stray spaces trimmed from recipients.

The Appointment Booking option for VinSolutions now sits right in your store's Integrations settings under CRM Integration, so it is easy to find and save alongside your other integration options.

You can now decide, per store, whether a VinSolutions appointment is assigned to the lead's assigned salesperson or to the team member who actually booked it. Stores keep their current behavior until you change the setting.

Email drafts are now written like real emails, with a greeting, a few short paragraphs and a closing, and a suggested subject line when you are starting a new thread. Replying from the Awaiting response list on your dashboard now opens the same multi-option drafts panel you use in the inbox, so you can pick the wording you like with a single keystroke. Occasionally a VinSolutions update was processed more than once, which could create repeat timeline notes, duplicate sold records, duplicate service leads and extra funnel enrollments. Each update is now handled exactly once.

Draft with Carly now gives you three different takes on the same message - direct, warm and question-led - so you can pick the one that fits the customer. You can steer any draft with your own instructions, adjust tone, length and language, and refine a draft to be shorter, friendlier, more professional or end with a question. The Soft Phone report was timing out and never finishing loading as call volume grew. It now loads quickly again.

Voicemails, hang-ups and no-answers no longer get a coaching grade. They keep their recap, summary, sentiment and next steps, but they will not drag down a rep's score in the call log, report builder or the conversation thread. Because only genuine conversations are scored, call coaching averages and the 'needs review first' list finally reflect real coaching opportunities instead of missed calls.

Just finished and Work the list now show each call's score at a glance, color coded so you can spot a great call or a rough one instantly. Unscored calls simply show nothing.

Dealer managers can now be given a Users tab in Settings to choose which menus, such as Blasts, Funnels, Users and Reports, their agents and service advisors can see. Every change is recorded for accountability.

Agency admins and dealer managers can once again opt a customer back into texting by moving them out of Dead status. Reps, funnels and bulk changes still cannot re-subscribe someone by accident.

A design pass across the dashboard: cards share one shape and header, titles line up, key numbers are consistent, up and down changes are much easier to read, and tabs are keyboard friendly. Pages load noticeably faster. The app downloads far less up front, cards further down the dashboard load as you scroll toward them, and charts now follow your light or dark theme instantly.

The store picker is populated again in the Showroom visit and Send video windows, on the Videos page, and in the user switcher. Single-store users get auto-selected as intended, and a newly created store appears right away.

In the Awaiting response reply flow, the shortcut keys for skip, mark as responded, open and Carly now work the moment it opens instead of typing letters into the message box. Press R or click to start replying, and a small hint shows which keys are active.

The bell keeps all of your unread notifications plus your 150 most recent read ones, so busy users get a much quicker, tidier list.

The old On the Line strip and Voice AI card are now a single Phones card: who is free to take a call, live calls with what is being said, the day's numbers for the team and Voice AI side by side, plus Needs a look and Just finished. A Voice AI transfer now shows whether it is ringing, who picked it up, or that nobody picked up, instead of just saying Transferring for the whole call. Transfers also name the department or person being called.

AI-written notes, such as a message a Voice AI agent took from a customer, are now marked as handled instead of deleted. The message and any teammate mentions stay on the lead. The delete button no longer jumps under your cursor right after marking an AI note handled, so you can no longer trigger a delete by accident.

Some dealership phone numbers were answering inbound calls with an application error. Those lines answer normally again.

Clicking an appointment on Today's appointments opens the lead right there in the sidebar instead of navigating away. The plus N more line is now a Show more button that reveals the remaining appointments inside the card, without the page jumping.

The dealership scene on the dashboard now has hidden surprises: click the sun, a cloud, a tree, a parked car, the pylon sign or the showroom door and see what happens. The scene reflects real life: nights look like night even in light mode, the lot empties and the sign reads CLOSED after hours, and the inflatable tube man now comes out Friday through Sunday with a much calmer, smoother sway.

The Leaderboard now ranks by one measure at a time, appointments, appointment rate, leads worked, texts or calls, highlights your own row, pins your place when you are on another page, and shows which store each person works at. Reps using the soft phone now see a phone icon beside any number the browser extension spots — one click opens the side panel and dials. If the number belongs to a lead at another store, you get a heads-up instead so customers are never called from the wrong store's number.

The compact chat header used in the call log, appointments and the browser extension now shows the lead's status beside their name, and you can tap it to change the status without leaving the screen. Long names no longer push the buttons off the row.

Vehicle rules can now do more than adjust money: match on part of a trim name, choose which market value a car prices from, set a ceiling you will never pay above, and send anything outside your rules to an appraiser instead of quoting it. We have quieted down the interface: one brand colour for identity, and every other colour now actually means something — green for success, red for urgent, amber for attention. Buttons, dropdowns, text boxes, modals, tables and tooltips also look the same everywhere, no matter which screen you are on. Accept and Decline on the incoming call card show their proper green and red again.

Calls to customers who have opted out are now blocked everywhere — deal cards, dialer search, recent calls, voicemail call-back and click-to-call — and your team is told why instead of the call simply going through. Numbers typed directly on the dialer keypad still work as before.

The 'VinSolutions contacted' setting had quietly stopped working since March, so leads your team had already contacted in VinSolutions kept receiving automated follow-up. Those leads are now flagged, noted on the timeline, and their funnels cancelled as intended.

Every number in the Activity report is calculated live from the source data using each dealership's own local days, so counts are no longer an hour off in winter and stores that were silently missing from the totals are included again. Live call cards now always name the dealership, even when only one call is live — handy for managers watching several stores. The header only shows a warning pill when something is actually wrong, and only the live call dot pulses, so the board is far less busy.

Opening chat from a vehicle detail page now greets the shopper with that vehicle's card and asks whether they have questions or want to book a test drive. Other pages keep the popular questions. The animated typing prompt in the message box now waits until the shopper has received a first reply, so the opening screen is calmer.

Picking a trim often produced a slow AI illustration instead of a real photo. We now look through all matching trims for an actual photograph, and hyphenated models such as F-150, CX-5 and CR-V no longer come back with no photo and no colour choices. Changing the paint colour keeps the current photo on screen while the new one loads, and the empty photo box no longer appears when there is nothing

Vehicle photos in the trade flow now load in a fraction of the time — we fetch a properly sized image instead of a huge one, and the page no longer waits on the photo library before responding.

A warm '👋 Hey there!' welcome replaces the old greeting bubble, and the starter questions now carry emojis for quicker scanning. Terms and About AI links now follow your dealership's brand colour instead of staying purple. The Voice AI widget no longer lumps everything unaccounted for into a vague 'Handled' bar. Calls are now split into Answered by AI, Quick question, and Hung up or never spoke, so you can see which calls were real conversations and which were hang-ups, wrong numbers or robocalls.

The vehicle photo shown during a trade valuation now matches the customer's actual trim, so shoppers no longer see a stock illustration of a car that is not theirs. The colour a customer picks now carries through to the certificate and the guided photo check, so the example car they are asked to match is the right one. Trade valuations end on a single committed figure by default, matching what shoppers expect from other instant-offer tools. Stores that prefer a range can still choose it, and customers can now lock in at the top of that range instead of being pushed to book an appraisal.

Blast messages in a conversation thread again show the blast label and the staff member behind them, so they no longer look like a message an agent typed by hand.

When a live-chat visitor asks for a person, Carly's reply is now recorded in the dealer inbox and dashboard, not just shown in the website widget.

The Trade tab on a lead no longer crashes when the card loads. The condition rail now points at the grade the customer actually chose, so a Clean car is no longer shown sitting next to Rough. No estimate is shown until the customer has answered the condition questions, so the first number they see is one the store stands behind.

The trade tool, the chat launcher and the phone photo-check page all now use your dealership's brand colour instead of falling back to Dealer Funnel blue. Brand colours saved in an older format are now recognised, so stores that were quietly defaulting to blue are branded again.

Guided trade photos are now read automatically to produce a draft walk-around for the appraiser, listing what is visible, on which shot and how severe, priced from your own condition deductions. Appraisers can ask for a photo read on demand from the Trade Card, so cars whose photos were never read can still be assessed.
